We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@offthecourtdxb.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags

If you need a different size or style, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
